Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to shop with complete confidence. Our Refund & Returns Policy outlines a transparent and efficient process for returning eligible electronics and home products. If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

Please note that certain products—such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and personal care items—are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Kindly do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software products

  • Health and personal care items


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Opened media (CD, DVD, software, vinyl records, etc.)

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

If your product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds may be delayed if products are not returned in original packaging and condition.

To ensure fast processing, please include your Order ID, contact details, and proof of purchase when requesting a refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund appears.

  3. Contact your bank—processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

Exchange Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be in original packaging, unused, with all included accessories/manuals.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If out of stock, a refund or similar product may be offered.

  • If the replacement item has a different price, the customer will pay the difference or receive a refund for the balance.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received and approved. A gift certificate will be issued to your email.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping & Delivery

We deliver internationally via trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on destination.

  • Shipping charges vary based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping is available on selected items and during promotional offers.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible electronics and home products.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.

  • Return requests must include Order ID, product details, and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address or arrange pickup if available.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.

  • If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
